Good Ground Great Beyond was founded in the belief that ground used for cremation deserves to be a truly sacred space. To that end, we have acquired 63 acres in Dresden Maine. We are focusing our energy right now on helping open air cremation become a legal option in Maine so needed land work is currently on hold as we do not yet know whether and how this particular land will be used. For the time being the land is getting an opportunity to rest and restore.

WAYS TO HELP in the future:

• Assist with fundraising efforts.

• Simple path making, stewardship and beautifying of the land.

• Help with road work, cleaning up brush and collecting and cutting wood.

• In time, training to assist with cremations as a member of our volunteer corps.

• Offer any creative gifts, magical skills and fresh ideas you think could assist GGGB in our vision.
